What makes our pasta unique


It’s one of the most important phases. For this very reason, we have chosen a slow and intense drying process for our pasta.


We only use water from the local aquifers and this gives our pasta the characteristic flavor of “Pasta di Gragnano”


We exclusively use Italian hard wheat semolina provided by selected partners
